- You need 1 ekor of bandeng (350gr), potong 6 lalu cuci bersih.

- Siapkan bahan-bahan.
- Siapkan juga bumbu halus yang sudah dibakar/sangrai.
- Tuang bumbu halus dan bumbu cemplung kedalam panci berisi air. Beri garam dan kaldu bubuk. Biarkan mendidih baru masukkan bandeng dan masak hingga bandeng matang.
- Tambahkan timun. Didihkan sebentar sambil koreksi rasa.
- Terakhir masukkan daun kemangi. Aduk sebentar lalu matikan api. Sajikan segera.
